Ruud van Nistelrooy is Manchester United's most prolific scorer of all time, with a higher goal ratio than any of his United predecessors.
The Dutchman soared to the top of the pile after netting another five goals this week, leaving Old Trafford legends Tommy Taylor and Denis Law in his wake.
Van Nistelrooy passed his half century of goals for the club against Newcastle last weekend and has now scored 52 goals in 68 appearances since last year's £19m move from PSV Eindhoven following his double against Basel on Tuesday.
The Dutchman's scoring prowess has pushed Taylor into second place in terms of goal ratios, with Dennis Viollet dropping to fourth and Law now fifth.
Van Nistelrooy's ratio, arrived at by dividing goals by appearances, is 0.764 against Taylor's 0.677 and Law's 0.591.
